Yes! There are apps out there that really do pay!
You've seen the countless games and apps that claim they pay, no minimum payouts, low payouts, etc... You've downloaded them, spent countless hours using the app or playing the game, go to cashout only to find out they have some sort of requirement or several requirements in order to cashout! Can we say false advertisement?! Well, like you, I have been through all this as well. Here I will share all the games and apps that really do pay, ones I have personally been paid from. Coinbase is an easy to use Crypto app. With Coinbase you can earn free Crypto through their Learning Rewards. Watch a short video, answer a few easy questions and they give you free Crypto! This is the easiest Crypto app I have found so far and many Crypto apps only pay to Coinbase. You can easily convert your Assets to the currency of your choosing. They also offer a debit card! You can get the card for everyday use or emergency extra cash! The choice is yours. I have had to use my card, so I'm really glad I opted in for the card!
Atlas Earth
Atlas Earth is a virtual property app. You purchase parcels with Atlas bucks. Parcels start at 100 Atlas Bucks. Atlas Earth will start you off with your first parcel. You can earn an additional 100 Atlas Bucks by registering your phone number. After that, you can either purchase more Atlas Bucks or earn them. You can earn them by watching a video ad. You can watch one video every 20 minutes. Another way to earn them is by collecting diamonds by walking or driving around town. You can then use up to 5 diamonds a day to spin the wheel for your chance of winning up to 50 Atlas Bucks!
More recently they have added games as well as playing other games and promos to earn atlas bucks faster. The more parcels you own, the more income you will make! So earning Atlas Bucks is key to really start making some money. Keep in mind that it will take some time and effort to really start making money quickly.
So far I am loving this app and am looking forward to the upcoming Auctions and Landmarks! Atlas Earth pays out to PayPal, Venmo and many other ways, easy payout methods. Your rent continuously accurs, so you don't have to be on the app to earn! As of the time of writing this, I have made $523.64. Payouts are usually sent in less than 5 minutes.

Scrambly is a play to earn app made by the creators of Atlas Earth! Unlike other players to earn apps, you earn fairly quickly. The goals are fairly easy to accomplish and the earnings are not small. Each 1,000 points equals $1. You can earn as little as 300 just for installing the app and the points go up from there! Many games also offer points for in app purchases on each game. I recently paid to get rid of ads on one of the games and pretty much earned the money back due to the promo going on at the time!
Minimum cashout is 1,000 points. Each cashout will cost an additional 250 points (25 cents). The more you cash out at one time, the less cashout fees ou pay. I read in reviews if you cashout $20, the do make you do an additional verification, which can take some time. I have cashed out as high as $5 in one shot with no issues. I don't mind paying an additional 25 cents for each cashout to avoid the additional verification.
The payouts are usually paid in less than 5 minutes. There are several payoit options including PayPal, Visa, bank transfers as well as gift cards to several different locations.

Boints is a play to earn app. Like many, it goes based on time played and the time intervals increase each time you earn. Boints gives tips on how to earn more money from them. Like many, downloading new games and playing for a minimum of 15 minutes on each game will earn you the most amount of money.
